What does Tener Años mean?

Practice Version

Tener Anos:
To be...years old. tener aos. "Tener aos" is the Spanish expression used to indicate someone's age.
Example:
Tener años means “to be … years old,” but Spanish treats age as something you have: Tengo veinte años literally means “I have twenty years.” Picture each birthday adding another candle to your collection—you don’t just get older, you HAVE more years! Connect años to “annual”: every annual birthday adds one año. Just don’t lose the ñ: años means “years,” while anos means “anuses”—a tiny squiggle makes a cheeky difference!
