What does Hay mean?

Practice Version

Hay:
There is are. Hay. "Hay" is the Spanish word used to express "there is" or "there are" in English.
Example:
Hay means “there is” or “there are” in Spanish, and it sounds like the English word “eye.” Picture a giant eye scanning a barn: “There is hay over there!” That eye spots one thing or many: Hay una vaca (“There is a cow”); hay tres vacas (“There are three cows”). Whatever your eye finds, hay announces it’s there!
