What does Qué Tal mean?

Practice Version

Que Tal:
how are you? que tal. "Que tal" is a casual way to ask "how are things?" in Spanish.
Example:
“¿Qué tal?” means “How are you?” or “How’s it going?” Picture a very TALL friend ducking through your doorway: you look up, wave, and say, “¿Qué TAL?” Think “What’s up, TALL friend?”—the height gives you the memory hook, and the friendly wave gives you the meaning. It’s a casual Spanish greeting, pronounced roughly “keh tahl.”
